I am the co-owner and operations lead of The Angry Seagull Fish + Chips, an award winning mobile fish and chip truck travelling the Highlands of Scotland.
With over a decade of experience in hospitality and alongside my husband, a chef with 25 years in the industry, we have built a food business that combines tradition with a fresh, modern approach.
In just two years, The Angry Seagull has won the title of Best Mobile Fish and Chips in Scotland at the Scottish Fish and Chip Awards. The Angry Seagull travels to towns, festivals, and private events across the Highlands and our menu celebrates the best of Scotland’s flavors while offering something unique.
I manage all aspects of the business – from accounting, event organisation, creating engaging social media content, website management and designing The Angry Seagull merchandise. As a member of Highland Business Women, I am also dedicated to uplifting other women in business.
