Hi, I’m Jennifer, I’m a Chartered Residential Surveyor and Valuer at Ruth Brown & Co Ltd.
We provided Home Reports, EPCs and valuations for residential properties for matrimonial, probate and tax/management purposes for clients across the Highlands. We really do get to work in the most stunning locations!
We are acutely aware that when a Surveyor enters a property we are doing so at what is usually a stressful time in people’s lives and we pride ourselves on being empathetic, flexible and will always support our clients every step of the way.
I know that the way we work, our attention to detail and the personal service we provide means a lot to our clients and collaborators, like solicitors and estate agents.
