We are pleased, as ever, to start our week introducing you to one of our fabulous HBW members! This week we are delighted to hear from Kasia Pogodzinska:
Hi, I am Kasia Pogodzinska, owner of Saffron Oriental Food Shop and Thermomix advisor.
I am Polish. I came to Scotland for work experience 20 years ago and I am still here.
I started my career in food and hospitality industry. However, after few years, I decided to make my dream come true and I opened Saffron Oriental Food Shop. In Saffron we sell a wide range of food products from all over Asia as well as Mexico, Jamaica and the Middle East. I managed to create an inclusive space for all our customers and food lovers.
My biggest passion in life is food and meeting new people. Being a Thermomix advisor is allowing me to fulfill my passion and enjoy every day at work. Thermomix is a magic kitchen appliance and a sous chef, which everyone needs in their life. Thermomix brings magic and joy in everyone’s life and lots of delicious food.
If I’m not at Saffron or organising cooking demos with Thermomix, I work as a social care worker in children’s residential homes. I strongly believe that children and young adults are our future and our job as adults is to give them winds and teach them to fly high.
In my free time I love travelling, visiting new places, dancing and eating local specialities.
