One of our newest HBW Board Members, Sarah Francis of Yellow Cherry, has done exactly that! So here’s a little more about the lovely Sarah:
For the last 15+ years, I’ve been building Yellow Cherry, a full-service marketing agency based in Inverness. The business supports organisations with developing marketing strategy and subsequent implementation activity via our creative team. We specialise in website/app design and development but offer graphic design, printing, social media, search engine optimisation, digital display/PPC advertising, email marketing and reputation management.
Having served over 600 clients of varying size and form and employed 26 individuals over the years, I have experienced many highs and lows of being an employer and running a business. It’s a demanding role but for a woman in that position, the challenges are significant!
If members are looking for support or advice, reach out for a coffee, I’d be happy to help if I can.
Beyond the business, my husband and 3 children keep me pretty busy and voluntary work is important to me, serving on multiple charity Boards and delivering pro bono projects.
