Good morning lovely followers and welcome to another week!

We are delighted this morning to bring you another instalment of our Member Monday feature! For those of you who may be new to us, every Monday we run a feature on one of our wonderful members, to share a little about these incredible Highland Business Women we have in our midst!

This week, we are pleased to introduce Louise Munro of Yellow Cherry:

Hello! I’m Louise Munro, Senior Account Manager at Yellow Cherry – a creative marketing agency.

Having worked my way up from Marketing Assistant back in 2018 to being the primary Project Manager, I’ve soaked up an encyclopaedic knowledge of agency operations, where multi-tasking reaches new heights including gaining a SVQ in Management. From the ins and outs of our processes to the quirks of our projects, I’ve had a front-row seat to see Yellow Cherry grow and evolve. Now, I act as a relational bridge between our clients and our studio team.

A big part of what I do is in identifying and nurturing growth opportunities; working alongside partners to uncover their goals, delve into their challenges and help reach their business dreams. Whatever it is, I’ve always got multiple tabs in my brain open and a coffee in hand!

When I’m not fine-tuning action plans and proposals (or being kept on my toes with a toddler!), you’ll find me rallying the team, celebrating wins (big and small), and ensuring we deliver the kind of results that make everyone do a happy dance – that’s the cherry on top!
