We are delighted as ever to kick start the week with an introduction to another one of our fabulous members. This week we are pleased to bring you an insight into the work of Kim Brown of Safe & Sound Counselling and Soul Provider:
Hi, my name is Kim Brown and I am the owner of Safe & Sound Counselling and Soul Provider. In my counselling practice, I work with individuals and relationships. Within my holistic therapy practice Soul Provider, I predominantly work as a Peter Hess Sound Massage Practitioner, which means I work with Specially engineered, professional therapy-grade Singing Bowls that are placed on the body and tapped. The sounds and vibrations spread throughout the entire body, bringing deep relaxation and helping with symptoms of many health issues.
I also provide group Soothing Sound Sessions to the general public and corporate world, supporting clients such as various staff teams within the NHS, UHI Inverness and Secondary Schools within both Highland and Moray. I also use Peter Hess Sound Massage as a guided relaxation aid with my counselling clients, making Safe and Sound Counselling the only counselling practice to offer this blended approach to counselling work.
I am passionate about supporting people to cope with anything that may be interrupting their lives whether it be through physical, or mental/emotional difficulties, as both are so deeply linked, so this is why I offer this fully integrated body and mind blended approach to my client work.
