Hi everyone! I’m Jill McAlpine, and with over 20 years of experience leading high-performance teams and shaping strategy- from business to corporate transformation to political strategy – I’ve seen the challenges leaders face today. That’s exactly what inspired me to start inpurpose – to help businesses align strategy, people development, and purpose to unlock their full potential and deliver sustainable results.
I’m also the founder of Women Empower, a mentorship programme for emerging female leaders, and I’m thrilled to be launching our next cohort this January. Watching women step into their power always feels like the biggest life flex!
