This week, we are pleased to bring you a little about member Jemma Illingworth, of Helping Hand VA:

Hi! I’m Jemma, the owner of Helping Hand VA.
In 2022 I left a career in Social Care and set up the business. I’d wanted to be my own boss for as long as I could remember. I finally made the jump and I’ve never looked back!

Helping Hand’s aim is to empower businesses by providing flexible, efficient, and personalised administrative support. We are committed to helping you maximise your time, streamline your processes, and focus on what truly matters—your vision and growth.

We offer a range of services including general admin, email management, project support, customer service, marketing support and social media management.

When I’m not working away in my wee office in town, I like to spend time outdoors – swimming, surfing and hillwalking. I also love to travel and having a virtual business gives me the freedom to explore more places.
