This week, we’re excited to introduce Hollie Wilson!

“As the Development Manager for a youth charity, I lead the delivery of impactful mentoring and personal development programmes for young people aged 14–19 who are at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training). Working closely with schools and community partners, my main role involves pairing trained volunteer mentors with young people who need that extra support to build resilience and confidence for their future.

We have also started a Lifeskills program, focusing on Wellbeing and Personal development, alongside practical training in automotive skills, including FA Level 4. I’m deeply passionate about empowering young people in our community, and we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality mentor training and creating positive, lasting change in the lives of those we support.”
