“Hi, I’m Hayley Paterson, Director of Chanonry Payroll Solutions Ltd and founder of our new brand, The Payroll Guide, launched earlier this year. Chanonry Payroll Solutions Ltd is your trusted payroll outsourcing provider, and The Payroll Guide is your payroll professional in your pocket, assisting you with your payroll consulting needs. Together, we aim to help you BOSS your payroll like a PRO!

I’ve worked in payroll for over 22 years, in industry, the oil and gas sector and a number of payroll bureaux, working on payrolls from 1 Director to over 8,000 employees. Just over seven years ago, I set up my own payroll bureau so I could continue in the profession I love while being there for my son as he grows up.

I love helping others, continuous learning and problem-solving, and with the complexities of payroll, I’ve found a profession where I can do all 3.

Soon after setting up my business, I joined HBW and have met many talented and inspiring ladies over the years. I love the friendly, welcoming, collaborative and supportive nature of HBW.
