Erica Morrison

Good afternoon all! It’s the start of a brand new week and we hope everyone is well. We are back with yet another instalment of our Member Monday feature and this week we are delighted to hear from Highland Business Women member, Erica Morrison of INTERIOR35:
Hi, I’m Erica Morrison and I run an interior design business INTERIOR35 based in Inverness.
After designing in Edinburgh, I quickly realised that my heart was still in the Highlands, so relocated to the right side of the A9! I am extremely privileged to design flats, houses, cafes, restaurants and hotels amongst other properties but especially love renovations where you can breathe life into an old building again.
Kirstie Simmons has joined the business recently and has the same passion and drive for interior design. Before the year is out, we will be working on projects in Orkney, Inverness, Elgin, Forres, Ardersier, Edinburgh and Holland. We have also just launched our new website and plan to open an online shop selling homewares in time for Christmas.
Designing the interiors for the Haven Centre in Smithton has been one of the most rewarding projects to date. This flagship building is the first fully integrated facility in Scotland for severely disabled young people and children. Please feel free to pop up to the community café which opens this week and support the Elsie Normington Foundation https://enfoundation.co.uk/
Becoming a member of HBW has provided us with opportunities to connect directly with clients as well as increased the visibility of INTERIOR35. Membership has allowed us to engage in conversations with like-minded people who share similar professional interests. HBW events are usually the best of fun too!
