Hello! My name is Meegan Anderson and I am a family law solicitor at Innes & Mackay, Inverness.
I was born and raised in Caithness. I completed my undergraduate studies in Scots & English law at the University of Aberdeen, and gained my diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2021. I then worked for three years in a high-street firm in Caithness and completed my traineeship in criminal defence and family law from 2021-2023, before moving to Inverness in November 2023!
I find working in family law extremely rewarding and enjoy being able to provide assistance to individuals in often very challenging and stressful family situations. I also love working in the Highlands and our close-knit attitude of helping each other in order to further promote local business!
