Good morning all! We hope this week is off to a great start for you all and those of you joining us for our biggest event of the year, our Awards ceremony, are ready for what is set to be a fantastic fun-filled night!
For now however, we are delighted, as ever, to bring you our weekly Member Monday feature, and this week we are delighted to hear from new HBW member, Kirsty Duncan, founder of An Turas Heritage Expeditions:
After working for almost 10 years in private travel for a Scottish tour operator, I made the leap into starting my own company within the travel sector. I wanted to be able to continue to share my passion for our amazing history and landscape and pursue my own goals and development on my own terms.
An Turas Heritage Expeditions is a specialist tour operator offering customised private tours of Scotland and Ireland with a focus on history, heritage and culture. We work with travellers from North America who are looking to connect with their ancestral roots or simply want to explore our rich history and culture.
I am currently a one woman operation, managing all of the roles the business requires. I also currently work as a freelance guide and provide freelance admin services for other travel companies.
