We are delighted to feature another of our fantastically inspirational HBW Members across our social networks this week. Here, we are pleased to bring you a little insight into the life and work of HBW Member, Donna MacLaren:
Hi, my name is Donna Maclaren. I was born in Glasgow and moved to Inverness when I was 12. I met my husband when I was 15 and we have 3 wonderful children. My family heritage is both Irish and Scottish which is why I named my business Shamrock Mac.
Shamrock Mac Ltd is a bookkeeping business, started in 2021, the main reason I started my business was because I had spent many years on my qualifications and felt my job at the time didn’t allow me to use them to their full potential.
I offer a range of services throughout the north of Scotland from Bookkeeping, Payroll, Tax Returns, VAT Returns, and an Invoicing service.
My main focus for my business is to offer a personal one to one service for my clients, building on a relationship that works for both of us, that is professional, friendly and most of all welcoming to all. I am the front person available when clients make appointments, this is something I feel very passionate about which is a great foundation for a future journey together.
My favourite thing is a cup of tea, so please feel free to pop in anytime for a cuppa.
