Why can't a woman be more like a man? - October Meeting
5th October 2016 @ 6:00pm
“Do men and women differ in their leadership styles? Are they perceived differently even when they do the same thing? The research answers with a resounding yes. And the implications are significant to women in the workplace” Stanford Business School
Go to any renowned Business School across the world and these same sentiments are echoed, for it is universally recognised that women leaders think and behave differently from men. Jo Adams (Jo Adams Consulting) and Sheila Campbell Lloyd (Highland Business Coaching) will introduce us to the concept of Gender Intelligence where we will find out the difference between male and female traits and how to deploy them with purpose. If you find that you judge yourself too harshly and hide your talents, then it may be time to shine a light on your potential.
The event will take place on Wednesday 5 October at the Glenmoriston Town House Hotel, Inverness. The event will kick off at 6pm with a two course meal followed by Jo and Sheila’s session. There will also be opportunities for networking with our members and guests allowing you to make new connections and build on existing ones.
